The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is infamous as one of the worst travel days of the year, and Verizon has partnered with Amazon, Apple, and other companies to create a package of services intended to make travel a bit more enjoyable. "You think about what typically happens on that day ... It's really the day that America goes mobile," Jay Jaffin, Verizon Wireless' vice president marketing communications.

The success of the experience, and the most traffic ever on, came from understanding that customer no long want to get sold to, instead they are looking for an experience. Customer want to be with companies who understand who they are, and what they want.
